Tamil New Year- 2023 celebration
We celebrated the Tamil New Year Event on 15th April, 2023 in Festhalle, Feuerbach, Stuttgart.
The event had a great participation from the Stuttgart Tamil community with a lot of events from kids, adults like dance, singing, debate etc. We had a feast that was thughly enjoed by all the participants. The event went on till 09:00 PM with a lot time to get to know and share in a BIG family event together.





Pongal - 2023 celebration
We celebrated the Pongal Event on 22 nd January, 2023 in Festhalle, Feuerbach, Stuttgart.
The event had over 150 participants that started at 10 AM and went on till 09:00 PM with a lot of fun and events including OorPongal, Uriyadi, Thirukkural vazhthu, kids performances, Individual performances, Pattimandram, Kolam competition, etc.





Year 2022
Deepavali - 2022 celebration
Deepavali 2022 was celeberated in a grand way on 12-Nov-2022 with around 150 participants all over Stuttgart. Mrs. Satya Hemrajani, Counsel, CGI Munich and Dr. Subhashini, President, Tamil Heritage Fooundation presided over the function. There were many cultural events including singing, kids performances, dance programs etc. The BIG Tamil community in Stuttgart had a lot of fun in this event and it was a memorable day altogether !!





Tamil New Year - 2022 celebration


We celebrated the Tamil New Year Event on 30th April, 2022 in Sitthi Vinayagar Temple, Waiblingerstr 30, Stuttgart.
This event is a very special event where we have launched out monthly magazine named “Natpedu” and it was released by Mr. Suresh Subramnya who is very known in Stuttgart communities. We had kids performances, special speaches, etc and the event went on till 7 PM.


Pongal-2022 celebration
We celebrated the Digital Pongal Event on 22 nd January, 2022 and the same was telecasted in Youtube on 06 Feb 2022.
Dr.Balasubramanin Ramani and Mr. Aravazhi Ilamparithi ( Multimedia Broadcast Journalist at BBC – Deutsche Welle), who has joined the event as chief guest and gave an inspiring speech. The event started at 10 AM and went on till 05:00 PM with a lot of fun and events including Thirukkural vazhthu, kids performances, Pattimandram, Tamil Quiz program, etc.




Year 2021
Deepavali
Deepavali 2021 was celeberated in a grand way on 13-Nov-2021 with around 100 participants all over Stuttgart. Mrs. Karthika Vijay, one of the key players of Germany Womens Cricket Team motivated the guests as Chief Guest with her speech. Mr. Suresh Subramanya has released his book named “Kudumbam” in the event. There were many cultural events including singing, Violin play by Special guest Jeyashri, kids performances, dance programs etc. Few highlights were the compering by Santhosh and Vignesh, the “Coral Painting” program conducted by “Coral Women” Ms. Uma Mani, program by Stuttgart Tamil Sangam Tamil School kids etc. The BIG Tamil community in Stuttgart had a lot of fun in this event and it was a memorable day altogether !!!

Digital Tamil New year 2021 Celebration
Tamil New Year 2021 was celeberated in a grand way on 18-Apr-2021 with a lot of fun and frolic. The program was was telecasted in Youtube on 25 Apr 2021. President of Munich Tamil Sangam Mr. Selvakumar has joined the event as chief guest and gave an important speech on “Save Koln Tamil Studies”. The event started at 10 AM and went on till 4:30 PM with a lot of fun and events including Thirukkural vazhthu, Kids program on “Save Koln Tamil Studies”, Kids performances, Expectation vs Reality program by Girls, Short Film using Finger Painting, Political Satire by STS Talkies, Tamil Cross word puzzles, Performances by Sangam members, comedy show etc. The highlight was the “Puppet Show” by Thannambikkai Kalai Kuzhu from India. The program was compered by special appearance of Sithiananda. We thank Swadesh.eu team for their donation for the Thannambikkai Kalai Kuzhu program.

A great scholar and winner of the “Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award (PBSA) for 2021” which is the highest honour conferred on overseas Indians, Dr.Balasubramanin Ramani joined the event as chief guest and gave an inspiring speech. The event started at 10 AM and went on till 4:45 PM with a lot of fun and events including Thirukkural vazhthu, Devotional songs, kids performances, Drama, Pattimandram, Tamil Quiz program, Dance by girls and boys, comedy show etc. The program was compered by special appearance of Palakkad Madhavan and Gopi.

Sanga ilakkiya vaguppugal

Thanks to Munich Tamil School, we collaborated with Mrs. Vaidehi Herbert madam to conduct the Sanga Ilakkiya Vaguppugal on weekly basis from Oct-2020. We are blessed to have such a passionate teacher who meticulously teach us every Sunday between 6:00 and 7:00 PM CET without any course fee. Mrs. Vaidehi Herbert madam has translated the 18 Sangam books, 7 PathinenKeezhKanakku books, Muthollaayiram and Paandikovai to English. She has also translated Tagore’s Gitanjali to Tamil. She has been hounoured with numerous awards across the world for her work.

Year 2020
Digital Christmas Celebration
On 25th Dec 2020, Digital Christmas celebration of Stuttgart Tamil Sangam started well with Tamil National Anthem recitation. Mr. Meyyarasu Natarajan, President of Stuttgart Tamil Sangam gave the welcome address. There were many events like Kids and Parents baking Christmas cookies and cup cakes, a game named “Secret Santa” played by girls where our members showcased a variety of their talents like singing, dancing, mono acting etc., which mesmerized the audience.
It was a fun filled event organized and conducted in a very short span of time in a very professional way.

Digital Deepavali Celebration
On 22 Nov 2020, Digital Deepavali celebration of Stuttgart Tamil Sangam started well with Thamizh National Anthem and Thirukkural recitation. Mr. Meyyarasu Natarajan, President of Stuttgart Tamil Sangam gave the welcome address. At this happy moment, the explanation for our Sangam Logo was presented.
In our Deepavali celebration, one of the greatest speakers from Tamilnadu Mr.Suki Sivam ayya has accepted our request with a great heart to give us a special speech on the topic “Unity, the greatest power”. Furthermore, the founder and President of Tamil heritage, Dr. K.Subhashini gave a special speech.
Following this, many cultural programs were organized. The entertainment programs such as Children talent show and a video collection of their naughtiness, Deepavali wishes from Parents of the Sangam members, games organized by cultural team, singing and dance programs, a special debate on the topic “Is Online life a boon? or a curse?”, “Dumb-charades” and “Guess the song” were the highlights.
All the programs were so interesting that it was hard to believe how fast time flew. Following all the programs, the General secretary, Mr. Karthikeyan gave Vote of Thanks. Finally, the programs were ended with National Anthem.
Even though the programs happened online, they became unforgettably happy and sweet memories in our hearts


Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration
Mahatma Gandhiji’s 151th Birthday anniversary was celebrated on 02 Oct 2020 in Stuttgart city. Mr.Bernd-Marcel Loffler, District Chairman, Bad Cannstatt led the whole celebration. The management board of our association took part in the celebrations. We are very glad that we were able to pay respect as Stuttgart Tamil Sangam to Father of our Nation with garland of flowers.

Folk Art Festival
On 16th Aug 2020, our Stuttgart Tamil Sangam along with Germany and Luxemburg Tamil Organizations has come forward to help our Folk Artists by raising funds through an Online Live event called Folk Arts Festival 2020.
A huge amount is collected from all the 8 Tamil Organizations and the same is handed over to the Madurai Folk Research center. The amount collected was given to the Folk artists who took part in the function and the Folk artists’ family who are living in and around Madurai district.
