Contribution Management
For the purpose of contribution management, the bank details are processed The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO. Membership Accounting For the purpose of membership accounting, the following data of the Members/Non-members are processed: name, first name, address, tax number. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO. External Presentation For the purpose of external presentation, photos and videos of the participants of the events will be published on the association's website and other internet platforms. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO.

Self Promotion
For the purpose of self-promotion of the association, advertising is sent to the e-mail address of the members. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. We may use your personal information for broadcasting the event (to go Live) in Internet.

Consent
My consent is voluntary. I can revoke it at any time in whole or in part without giving reasons in writing. If the consent is not accepted/revoked, the participation in some of the Digital events will be denied. I understand that if I revoke my consent at a later point in time, it will be applicable for any future events after that date of revoking. This means my personal information that is already in the public platforms cannot be removed any longer by Stuttgart Tamil Sangam e.V.
